133 Tasks inside notes

Best feature so far is having tasks inside notes. It’s a no brainer and I LOVE it.

Amplenote has revolutionized the way I organize my personal knowledge, to-dos, and project organization. Truly unique and worth the learning curve.

50 Just as good on mobile

I don't know if they believed me when I told them the application is just as good on mobile and it's not just for "quick capture."

“You had me at Eisenhower grid. Just discovered you today. Cannot remember the last time I was blown away by excellent software. Kudos.”

“I've tried a million apps to organize myself along a hybrid of GTD/GSD. Most recently, I'd been experimenting with Joplin and Notion. Every app I've tried was more trouble than it's worth -and required too much time to manage. The Amplenote idea execution funnel follows my daily work pattern and was a very natural fit. I've had my account for approximately a week - and just upgraded to pro. Great job on the app!!! Thank you - from a very happy customer!”

“Overwhelmed with all the awesomeness of @amplenote right now. It has so many features and it works amazingly on Chromebooks. And yes, offline mode and the web clipper do, too. I think a lot of other note-taking, to-do list and calendar apps should take note of making great PWAs.”

“Keep up the good work, you can beat the competition as I've tried more than 30+ task, note taking and project management apps so i know for sure this idea is unique and will sell.”

“I've used Roam for over a year. It's great for daily journaling, but awful for any kind of task management - especially recurring tasks and other more complex use cases. Then I did some googling and noticed that I can import my existing data from Roam to Amplenote and that you guys have much better features for tasks and time management. Easy decision!”

“I really like your frequent update cadence, your feature upvoting board, and a lot of the innovative features (rich footnotes, inline tags, etc) that you bring to the table. But I think Amplenote's performant nature (viz. Roam's sluggishness) was the one thing that pushed you over the edge over more established alternatives like Obsidian. Hoping the app will continue to be blazingly fast!”

“4 weeks into my pro account tackling a large project ( I have tried most note and writing apps but always found something missing or counterintuitive about them) and Amplenote wins by a mile. Pure solution and a pleasure.”

“I appreciate Amplenote, I appreciate your communications with the community, and I appreciate how much you put out in the open the list of things you're prioritising to focus on next. I get so much personal and professional use out of Amplenote, and it's a game-changing quality-of-life improvement for me as an educator and as someone with a neurological condition that affects my memory. I've genuinely been able to use AN as a "prosthetic memory," supplementing the glitching brain with something significantly more reliable. AN is what I turn to when I need to swiftly access and connect ideas and memories, and everything I do on paper gets backed up to it, reinforced with bidirectional links, tags, and other forms of metadata. AN takes my efforts from "I know it's written down, but figuring out where may take awhile," to just keyword search it, or just consult the tags, and if it's not there already, make a Task to fill in that gap later. It's by far the best of many ways I've tried. It's the one that sticks, that just works. Thanks, guys.”

“I've bounced between...almost every solution, actually. I use Things everyday and love it, but it was turning into where I kept my notes, causing me trouble downstream when I need to pull stuff back out. I used Obsidian for a long time, trying Notion, Remnotes, Supernotes, Noteplan, Clover, Craft, Keep It, Reflect, Logsec and most of the second-tier ones, as well. Amplenote is easily the best. Beyond being surprisingly feature complete, you've built something that is approachable and usable for the casual user but wildly customizable for the power user. And your support people seem nice (I'm emailing them next with a couple minor items). I'm slowly moving my tasks from Things into Amplenote.”

Amplenote is one of the few services I'm willing to pay premium for. Truly brilliant.
