133 Tasks inside notes

Best feature so far is having tasks inside notes. It’s a no brainer and I LOVE it.

50 Just as good on mobile

I don't know if they believed me when I told them the application is just as good on mobile and it's not just for "quick capture."

“Fantastic Evernote alternative. Simple to use . Easy to transfer notes from Evernote. Quick to navigate”

“I spent 3 weeks evaluating 16 different productivity tools and Amplenote fit my needs the best so far. Genius idea to have task management built into the note taking process as that is often when I’m coming up with new tasks to do. Love it! Game changer”

“The application is highly effective and provides a variety of features that make it easy to schedule work appointments. The notes are also well-designed and offer a variety of functions. I would suggest the following improvements: The ability to use folders instead of tags would provide a more hierarchical structure for notes. This would make it easier to find specific information. It will be a good addition the black mode, not dark mode but black. Looks better and it's better for devices.”

“This one checks all the criteria in my list and (unlike TickTick etc.) most of its capabilities (except for random stuff like note encryption and themes) are available. The desktop standalone app is not available for free plan. But I suggest to make a chrome shortcut installation for it: You go to the program's home page > three-dots on top-left > Save and share > Install .... (above "create shortcut")”

“I tried every popular productivity app recently… they all lacked the certain functions I needed to work at my most efficient. You usually either get a notes app OR a todo & calendar app, but Ample gives you the best of both. Best features are: Any tasks in your notes get captured and organized for you to place on your calendar. And easily accessible collapsible nodes in notes by h1/h2/h3, a perfect way to nest information in your notes without having a super lengthy, cluttered note. Overall a perfect workflow app for me and I will be upgrading to founder plan to support the creators 🙂 Perfectly matches my workflow! 🧡”

“With an emphasis on note taking rather than project management, Amplenote has the core features you need, like cloud sync and cross platform support, and the extras you want, like tags, formatting and sharing. Finally something I can use without making any compromises.”

“Top-notch alternative to the paid Evernote. Even the free plan performs well.”

“This is an incredibly powerful programme and this corresponding app is just as good. Bit of a learning curve because it's quite an innovative system with so many features but I'm actually enjoying getting to grips with it. I'm also liking the community and the devs attitude and goals. This is a project I'd be delighted to support. They take user feedback really seriously and have loads of avenues to make suggestions and vote on those of others. Such a cool app thanks Bill!”

“I was overwhelmed with too many projects (career, non-profit, family, home repair, etc.), and I just couldn’t keep track of it all. My todo lists had too many tasks, some from over a year ago, and for every task I had to find where I put the info/notes when it was time to work on one. Numerous apps solve the issues of mixing notes and tasks, but they were either too hard to use or only good at either tasks or notes. Amplenote is the sweet spot for me, built for thinking through hard projects and helping me figure out what I need to work on. There is a learning curve, and it really helps to try to fit into the workflow the developers prefer, but I can’t imagine not having it. It’s made me massively more productive at home and work.”

Amplenote is one of the few services I'm willing to pay premium for. Truly brilliant.
