133 Tasks inside notes

Best feature so far is having tasks inside notes. It’s a no brainer and I LOVE it.

50 Just as good on mobile

I don't know if they believed me when I told them the application is just as good on mobile and it's not just for "quick capture."

“This app is still building momentum. I've gone all in. I was a previous Logseq, Obsidian, Motion and Todoitst user. I still use those apps for niche tasks but Amplenote is now my daily life manager. It has a few quirks and a little bit of a learning curve, especially if you aren't familiar with bidirectional linking. But this just works out of the box and is get for just getting stuff done rather than spending days and days configuring.”

“This app is just made the right way. It makes me focus on work and my productivity has boosted a lot. There are features for making things pretty but you don’t have to get lost in that which usually happens in traditional notes apps. Here, it’s about writing rough ideas, polish them and if they look worthy then execute them. I really like the approach. Super Productive.”

“It's a great alternative to apps like TickTick if you want more advanced notes without losing to-do functionality.”

“Great App. Fantastic features. Very solid performance. Has excellent desktop and mobile apps. Seems to also work well offline and then sync when signal is available. Love the task management and task score for prioritising tasks. Helps give clarity to what should be done next. Great Google Calendar (and Apple and MS) integration. Can see my GC events (from another program) and create general and meeting notes from these events. Has back linking, web capture, rich notes, tags, nested tags etc. Huge list of handy features, but maintains an underwhelming GUI so that one doesn’t give up taking notes. Highly underrated Application. It should be leading the pack but seems to just go about creating and maintaining a great product without all the hype and broken promises/performance issues I’ve experienced with other Apps. I am not affiliated with this product and this is NOT a paid opinion. All in one Note Taker”

“Switched from Obsidian to Amplenote and I won't look back. The mobile app is actually FUNCTIONAL and doesn't take five years to load. The UI is simple and approachable. I might be new to PKM, but I can tell this is a keeper. 5 stars.”

“Pleasantly surprised by this intuitive app. Best switch from Evernote & worth the price. All the features you could need and more (e.g. plugin ecosystem, offline mode, graphed note connections). Really responsive customer support as well.”

“I am someone who tries different apps constantly, always having some gripe with an app and needing to find something that fits my workflow better. Amplenote is something that I have tried on and off for around a year now, only recently did I fully give Amplenote Pro a shot. I take lots of notes and I have lots of events and tasks that I need to manage, and for the most part my previous apps (Apple Notes, Things3, Apple Reminders, and occasionally Obsidian) have been perfect for my use. But I found myself doing more things besides gaming on my Windows Machines and it led me to the issue of task and event management integrated with my notes. Obsidian is good but it just doesn't have that calendar or task management that works effortlessly across computers, mobile, and tablets. In comes Amplenote, has a good web app and good desktop app (paid plan currently) and has some other features that I found I prefer to have: Built-in Calendar & Drag-and-Drop Tasks Exports to Apple Calendar Postpone Task Google Sheets Embed PDF attachments can be viewed inside the note and content of the title and body of a pdf can be indexed. Youtube Embed 2FA Nested Bullet List that is foldable Drawing/Handwriting and Handwriting to Text Footnotes Outline Mode Markdown Readwise Integration Templates and much much more. Some things I listed are behind a paid subscription, but a lot of these things also come in the free tier, I highly recommend giving Amplenote a shot. A solid app with continuing potential”

Amplenote is one of the few services I'm willing to pay premium for. Truly brilliant.
