Not sure if this is the case but, let me elaborate on how to make the habit connect: One key detail when placing a reference to a habit in a daily-jot, is to actually reference the note of the habit itself, not just type its name perhaps. For example, in a daily-jot, begin by typing the "@" character, and then start typing the habit name for the popup to start populating the found notes, and _select the habit from the popup_. After that, place a {checkbox} in front of it to turn it to a checkbox, if you haven't included the checkbox in the habit's title already.

So I created one Habit as a Separate Note with the custom_tag that I referenced in the plugin and saw it update.
I created another page for like Rapports on the habit.
But they don't link up. I am using your other checkbox plugin too and it does not seem to link up the habits anyhow, any idea? Thanks.
