This is great, Bill! Perfect way to use AI as writing assistant. Funny 'lolz' command for that extra dose of humor :D

Ok, v1 of this is now complete. As the instructions indicate, it implements the expressions "lolz" and "complete" (more tested) as well as "code" and "sum" (less tested). Hopefully it can be a template for others who want to feed prompts to OpenAI that return results that make sense in the note's context

As of March 28 this is still a placeholder plugin, but I do intend to work on crafting some AI prompts in this plugin by early April. For now I just added it so I'd have something to debug in the plugin directory :)
