Be Able to Search for Emoji's in Note Title +/- Headers

I use Emoji's at the beginning of a lot of my notes to help me categorize them. For example, projects "under construction" vs "completed" so that I can easily see what needs my attention at-a-glance, or a notebook in front of the title of a note that is just reference materials/notes for guidelines/protocols of a process.

This allows me to be able to minimize how stratified my tags get as well since they are more flexible. For example, I also put an "under construction" emoji in front of meetings/meeting headers that I still have to address that are small but not project-based, but still may need multiple back-and-forth conversations to resolve.

If there are other ways of organizing notes though, I am all ears!

Why not just create a tag for those, like status/completed and status/under-construction?
