Allow more tags to be added to an AmpleCap bookmark.

When using Amplecap to save a bookmark to Amplenote, you can add tags. If you use existing tags, you can keep adding more. But if you add a new tag, it says to hit enter. But when you do that, it finishes the job. It would be nicer if, when you hit enter, you could keep adding new tags.
