Ability to edit tags in Peek View and Backlinks tab and popup modal

Currently you can not manage tags in Peek View, you have to open the note in the main view before managing tags. Please allow us to manage tags in the items in Peek View.

Ditto the Backlinks tab - please let us edit tags and content in the Backlinks tab.

Ditto the popup modal when you click on a linked note. Please let us edit tags there.
