Make Peek viewer and Backlinks tab as editable as possible

I'd like to be able to do as much as possible to notes in the peak and and backlinks tab, including adding/removing tags, editing content, etc.

I'd prioritise the peak over the backlinks tab. This is helpful for opening multiple notes in the peak then being able to edit them one by one very easily rather than having to open them in the main window, losing my place in the original main window note, etc.
