Support re-mapping keyboard shortcuts

Think it was suggest before but could not find it.
As a non US user the keyboard shortcuts (like chaning the pane views, full-note, note list and tag/shortcut pane) does not work. Shortcuts with [ really do not work for my locale. Make it re-mappable (create a note with a table that we can edit? like they do in Workflowy now).
