PDF higlight and notes (like Logsec and Roam)

Support saving higllights and notes in PDFs. Similar to Logseq and Roam Resarch. E.g. Linkable sections in the note. So when you highlight or comment, make the text/image highligheted into a section (bullet list) preferable to show in peek pane so you can view the PDF at the same time (under will not work) , where we then can add text and comments as a sub bullet.
