Multi tag select in notes view (tags for active note)

Ability to shift-click on tags in notes view (tags in the open note), not needing to open the tag pane. Use case: Notes have several tags, e.g. company, project and status. I want to see all notes with status active for company. So I want to be able to click on company tag and shift-click on status. Now it only allows for one tag. Shift-click does not work - just change the one tag. Need to either write in search box or open the tag pane and navigate... very cumerbsome.
