Automatic reminder time and timepicker revamp

I use Amplenote for task management and reminders. When creating a task, especially in the quick add on Android, it's cumbersome to add a reminder time, which I always want at my due date time. It's several extra steps and because of the challenging date picker, I choose a time (morning, afternoon etc.) closest to my time and then add multiples of a few hours to get to where I want. Or type it in manually. It defaults to morning even if the time of day is currently past the morning, so instead of selecting the next appropriate time, it defaults to a time that I have to change every time. Furthermore, if I accidentally press back at any time when setting the time, it closes the task without saving it and no history or undo. Ultimately I should just choose the time once and tell it if it's a due date and/or reminder time. There could even be a default set for my entire account that every time I set a due date, it sets a reminder due at that time (or x time before).

The above is earier to impliemtn, but a nice to have would be a nicer time picker. would be a clock face and have two concentric circular motions one makes to set the time. the inner circular motion sets the hour and then the outer circular motion sets the minute. then press AM or PM to set. So if I start in the middle and drag straight down it would set the time for 6:30. I could spin my thumb around the middle to change the hour or just press on the number on the clockface on the inner circle to set the hour and then slide my thumb to the outer circle to set the minute. or instead of dragging, just tap on the inner circle and then the outer circle. I've attached a photo i mocked up as an example
