Set Priority to Control Left-to-Right Order of Tasks and Tags in Calendar

Hello Amplenote Team and Community,

I’d love to see a feature that lets users assign priority levels to tasks or tags to control their left-to-right order in the calendar view.

Right now, calendar items for the same day are automatically arranged from left to right, but there’s no way to customize which tasks show up first or take visual priority.

Why this is helpful:

Assigning priorities would help users highlight their most important or urgent tasks by placing them furthest to the left.

This would improve focus and clarity, especially on busy days with many tasks.

It would make the calendar a more powerful and personalized task management tool.

Possible implementations:

Priority values on tasks or tags that affect their horizontal order in the calendar.

Option to manually reorder tasks on the same day.

Settings to define which tags get prioritized in calendar display.
