More granular task repeat options

Task repeats often are not convenient in particular for work placed tasks. E.g would like to be able to create: -
* repeat first week day of the month;
* repeat last Saturday of the month:
* repeat third Thursday of the month etc.

This would ensure work task do not appear on week ends but on work days etc.
