Custom Fileds

I dream about making Amplenote my ultimate CRM, where I can store projects, contacts, events, tasks, notes, and so on. Does anyone know:

1. If there is a way to make custom fields and save them in a template. Like, let´s say that I have a template called Contact and I want to gather the same 5 pieces of contact information about them, like phone number and so on.

2. Almost the same request, but if I want to categorize a note into one of X categories, that are predetermined, but are only relevant to one kind of Notes.

I am looking at Tana and they have that functionality.
