Can you add a feature to CROSS out. I would like to preserve the position in the note.

If i understand correctly the second option (all of the tasks in one or more of the tags currently applied to the note),
will complete ALL the tasks in ALL notes containing the tags applied to the current note? Seems pretty dangerous, can you share a usecase when this might be useful?

my usecase, cross out all tasks in older archived notes, so that they don't clutter up my task list.
I create tasks all the time, break them down to subtasks, so I will end up with many tasks.
When I close a project, there are typically many tasks, that I don't care about anymore, so I don't want it clutterring my unfiltered task list.

It will be nice if archived notes will automatically hide those tasks, but that may introduce other complications.
